Nice to Meet You
I’m glad you found your way to my site; I believe there’s always a reason for connecting with the myriad of people who enter our lives. Some of you know me from my wellness practice in Waterdown ON, where I practiced energetic healing via reflexology, aromatic lymphatic massage and reiki. I have been blessed to meet many on their healing journeys and to play a small role in holding their hand while they traversed their unique path to whole health and wellness. Three years into operating Holistic Essential Remedies from my home treatment studio, we sold our home and travelled around North America living a nomadic lifestyle. As we travelled, I was humbled and energized by the people I met on a similar path. You see - I am a light worker. I'm here to assist the consciousness Earth's and humanity's shift into the 5D field by raising the frequency of the collective consciousness.

My story begins on the day I was born – my soul chose the vibration of the number 1 to experience this lifetime. I was born on the 1st of November (the 11th month), and since then my life has flowed along with 1’s as guideposts along the way. 1 is the vibration of new beginnings, the start of everything, and the first original spark of creativity. The number 1 has led me in new directions and fresh starts many times in my life, and it also led me to a life partner who is a 1 and drawn to many of the same impulses and experiences. I’ve always been a risk-taker and change has never bothered me, in fact life feels a bit stagnant without some degree of change.

As we departed our hometown of Waterdown after living there for 16 years, we prepared to travel for 18 months, to see where we might land next. But this isn’t the first time I’ve been at the forefront of change: I attended the National Ballet School in Toronto and lived there for grades 5 – 8, went away to attend university, and my husband and I moved to Australia in 2003 where I completed my M.Sc. Biology degree. Then, in July 2017 we took our family on our first year-long camping adventure around North America. We've now settled in the Comox Valley of Vancouver Island, BC and I'm excited to open the door to my healing practice once again.
